This error is given when the message has gone over the threshold for spam score.
The message is tagged as spam and rejected with the error.
What can I do about this?
Create a ticket send it to our Technical Support Department
Provide the following required information:
- The affected account(s)
- The bounce back message with the full error code - "550-'5.7.1 kB5FOqNe008758This message does not comply with required standards.' or the full error message from e-mail client.
- If the error message doesn’t contain this code, please verify if full headers are provided and contain SMTP id/ ESMTP id; see the examples below.
- If the bounce-back message is not available provide:
- the full error message from Email client or complete copy of the message that is failing.
