Warning to Customers about new Email Scam

We are warning our customers of a new Email scam that is made to look like it is sent by your domain name registrar advising you of a suspension. The Email provides a link to download a copy of complaints against you.

If you receive such an Email, DO NOT ever click on any link to download anything or visit another website. It most surely will contain a virus or malware.

Below is a sample of the scam Email for your reference. If ever in doubt, contact us for assistance. Your Registrar will never suspend your domain name for the reasons provided in this sample email, below:

The following domain names have been suspended for violation of the ENOM, INC. Abuse Policy:

Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Registrant Name: ***** **********

Multiple warnings were sent by ENOM, INC. Spam and Abuse Department to give you an opportunity to address the complaints we have received.

We did not receive a reply from you to these email warnings so we then attempted to contact you via telephone.

We had no choice but to suspend your domain name when you did not respond to our attempts to contact you.
