System-wide Service Interruption

Today's service interruptions have now been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The following message has been Emailed to all customers



Advisory to all customers:

Earlier today we experienced a system-wide service interruption. At this time these services are slowly coming back online. It appears that we were the victim of a DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service attack).


Also today, the Government of Canada experienced a DDoS attack on its own sites:

While there is little that we can do to prevent such an attack, we do make all efforts to make the downtime as brief as possible.


Please note that in the case of another similar attack when our own website, webmail and other service sites are offline, you may still be able to access our Billing & Support Portal as it is hosted at a separate IP address.
