IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding a possible Canada Post service disruption and delivery delays.
There is a possibility of a Canada Post service disruption in May. If a service disruption happens, postal mail deliveries will be delayed.
HostSellers no longer sends Invoices through postal mail, having long-ago switched to Email+PDF Attachment.
If your account is set to making payments via cheque, this possible disruption may affect your services if your payment is not received.
We advise clients who have already been sent an invoice to mail your payment immediately. You can post-date your cheque to the due date. Regardless of what may occur with Canada Post, you are always responsible for making payments on time. HostSellers will not grant extensions but we do offer alternate ways to send your payment.
If your account is set payment by cheque, you can also make a payment through your bank via E-Transfer. To make a payment via E-Transfer, use the following:
Email: Sales@HostSellers.com
Password: your current Invoice Number (ie: 987654). No # sign. No words, just six numbers as found on your invoice.
