Canada Post Service Interruption

HostSellers no longer sends Invoices through postal mail, having long-ago switched to Email+PDF Attachment.

If your account is set to making payments via cheque, the current Canada Post service interruption may affect your services if your payment is not received.

Please remember that Domain Registries set their own policies. Some allow a period of activity beyond the expiry date of your domain name. They will then suspend and eventually delete your domain name if not paid for. Registries can offer a brief final opportunity to reclaim a lapsed domain name but at extremely high costs. HostSellers plays no role in these policies.

With regard to SSL Certificates, these have fixed expiry dates. Once expired, an SSL Cert will produce errors and warnings on all modern web browsers advising visitors of the dangers to proceed.

If your account is set payment by cheque, you can also make a payment through your bank via E-Transfer. To make a payment via E-Transfer, use the following:

Email: Sales@HostSellers.com
Password: your current Invoice Number (ie: 987654). No # sign. No words, just six numbers as found on your invoice.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Department via Email at: Sales@HostSellers.com
