There are no security issues involved and we never store your CC data. This is not about hacking or anything about your own credit card data.
This was caused by a change at our Payment Gateway who failed to communicate a requirement for merchants to refile their business and merchant information. They had made us aware of back-end banking provider changes but dropped the ball on any requirements to re-file our information. We are in the process of doing that now but the re-approval process may take a week or longer.
If you have a payment due and want to assure that your services do not expire, please use the option to do an E-Transfer via your bank.
