We are currently experiencing Email and Webmail Connectivity Issues. You are still able to send and receive mail but some features will not be available.

We have received numerous reports from customers sending mail from our Email platform is being wrongly tagged as spam when sent to someone @rogers.com.
Our team is in contact with Rogers and they are working to clear up this issue.

We are aware of an error reported by users of mobile devices when accessing their mailboxes.
The error is: Can not verify server identity
Our Mail Admins are working to resolve an issue with an expired SSL Certificate.
Deleting and re-creating the mailbox from your device will usually fix this issue if you can not wait for our Admins to resolve it.
There was also a recent Apple update pushed on all their devices which has reverted some mail settings back to what the default settings for Apple accounts are - which are different from ours. The most common culprits are the port numbers and the "Use SSL" checkbox.
